在銀座去的第一家寿司餐廳,一樣是久兵衛!

這一次,是到久兵衛銀座本店。

久兵衛銀座本店是一整棟的建築物,每一個樓層有不同的座位安排

Ginza Kyubye is a building, every floor has it's own sitting arrangements.

本店的氣氛果然很不一樣,馬上勝出!!

I love the vibe and atmosphere the Original Kyubey offers, it's an even better experience!

到久兵衛來吃中飯是一個很划算的選擇。中午的套餐都有特價:

我超愛點他們的散壽司套餐,飯上面放的是切細的玉子燒、海苔、還有鰻魚。

I love their Nama-Chirashi, it's the scattered sushi style.  On top of the rice are eggs, dried seaweed and braised conger eel.

真的好好吃呦~鰻魚的味道很濃!而且那兩片醃漬醬瓜有畫龍點睛的效果!

Close up to see the Chirashi, great taste of the bleding all these ingredients, you must also try the pikles on the side!

車海老又來跟大家打招呼了!This is the Japanese tinger prawn, くるまえび

海苔卷的口味有干瓢卷黃瓜卷及鮪魚卷!かんぴょうまき、カッパ巻き、てっかまき

For the seaweed rolls, there are Gourd strip roll/kanpyomaki, Cucumber roll/Kappamaki and Tuna roll/Tekkamaki

師傅最後上了我最愛的穴子/ あなご/ anago

一顆是沾鹽的、一顆是沾醬的!兩顆都好好吃呦!!!!!!

薄薄的兩片白蘿蔔夾梅子白芝麻醬及紫蘇,也是久兵衛的特色之一。非常爽口!

Inside of the radish sandwish are plum what sesame sauce with Japanese Basil, very refreshing!

銀座線、日比谷線、丸ノ内線銀座站A2號口出來直走,

在兩棟資生堂大樓中間的路右轉進去,第一條巷子左轉,久兵衛在中間靠右。
