直到目前為止,愛吃寿司的我在銀座尋尋覓覓,屬久兵衛是我覺得最有誠意的店!雖然他不見得擁有米其林星級,雖然他也不是最貴的!但在久兵衛感受到的親切、認真、在乎,我相信是久兵衛第二代主人今田洋輔要傳達給大家的信念!

Kyubey is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Tokyo, it may not be one of the Michelin-star-restaurants, and it may not be the most expansive, but with it's food quality, the hospitality Kyubey sushi chefs offer to foreigners, the vibe they carry through out their restaurants.  I don't think it's just the food, it's the philosophy Chef Imada Yosuke wants to have in Kyubey.

話說第一次跟久兵衛認識是在2013年的六月份,由東京的朋友安部先生介紹我去東京Hotel Otani裡的久兵衛,

剛到餐廳門口走出來是一位白髮個兒不高的歐吉桑,當他朝我走來時我們四目交接了幾秒鐘,我.... 咦?

難道是??我看我朋友一眼,他對我點頭!

我看到的是他:

哇哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈~回神過來時要合照已經來不及了!

The funny story is that the first time I was introduced to Kyubey was by my friend Mr. Abe in Tokyo, he took me to Kyubey in Hotel Otani.  When we were just about to enter the restaurant, I was an old man with white hair walking out of the restaurant.  He happened to be Koitumi Junichiro, the former Japanese prime minister.

開心地在吧台坐下,今晚我們的壽司師父是另一位個兒不高的歐吉桑

With excitment, we sat down at the sushi bar.  In front of us, an old sushi chef will make our dinner tonight.

真的太好吃了,完全沒有空檔記載寫東西。

吃到蝦子時,我跟師傅說,我想吃生的蝦子的寿司,

過了幾分鐘,師傅拿了一隻灰色的活蝦出來。

After having the cooked shimp sushi, I told our sushi chef that I'd like to have a raw shimp sushi.

這是車海老くるまえび

牠還在呼吸~尾巴有像彩虹般的顏色!好鮮豔!

This is Kurumaebi, Japanese tiger prawn, still breathing.

然後,哇~~~ 赤裸裸地呈現在一小陀飯上,重點是牠...一直在抖抖抖...牠的肉在抽動當中!

我朋友已經一口放在嘴裡了,我實在無法克服讓牠在我嘴裡抖來抖去,足足等了兩三分鐘牠才停止抖動

This tiger prawn was so fresh and alive, when it was already sitting on the top of the rice, it was still twitching.

I couldn't put it in my mouth while it was twitching, I literally waited for 2-3 minutes when it stopped.

海膽Uniうに

好好吃喔~海膽好濃,跟飯融合在一起的時候真的~~太讚了!

It was so rich and creaming, especially when eating together with the sushi rice, oh my, it was really delicious!IMG_2675.jpg
