在銀座去的第一家寿司餐廳，一樣是久兵衛！
這一次，是到久兵衛銀座本店。

The first time for me to visit a sushi restaurant in Ginza was still Kyubey

直到目前為止，愛吃寿司的我在銀座尋尋覓覓，屬久兵衛是我覺得最有誠意的店！雖然他不見得擁有米其林星級，雖然他也不是最貴的！但在久兵衛感受到的親切、認真、在乎，我相信是久兵衛第二代主人今田洋輔要傳達給大家的信念！
Kyubey is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Tokyo, it may not be one of the Michelin-star-restaurants, and it may not be the most expansive, but with it's food quality, the hospitality Kyubey sushi chefs offer to foreigners, the vibe they carry through out their restaurants.  I don't think it's just the food, it's the philosophy Chef Imada Yosuke wants to have in Kyubey. 

話說第一次跟久兵衛認識是在2013年的六月份，由東京的朋友安部先生介紹我去東京Hotel Otani裡的久兵衛，

在這扇門的背後，是2013年世界前50大好餐廳，也是日本第一位米其林三星主廚受獎的餐廳- Narisawa。

Behind this black door marked with a white bee is listed the top 50 restaurants in the world.

喜歡吃寿司的蔡老師又出巢去找吃的了～
因為住在銀座的關係，又因為銀座是寿司的激戰區，所以找好吃寿司就變成是理所當然的事囉！
今天到的是鮨 きよ本
Today is another Sushi tour day for me, 

在我的DNA裡，最一種食物最沒有辦法抗拒.....巧克力！
知道我的人都清楚我對巧克力迷戀的程度，
打從大學時期開始，就已經在紐約曼哈頓的手工巧克力店打工，
當時，我打工的巧克力店叫做C&S Confection,

本來就很喜歡吃寿司的我，自從開始看營養師之後，就越來越常吃握寿司！
在台北喜歡找好的寿司餐廳，
到了東京，更是愈發不可收拾，買了幾本厲害的日文版餐廳指南，就這樣挨家地吃了起來，
追求日式美食的新高之路，由此開始～

最喜歡到有誠意的店裡去用餐及渡過美好的時光，所謂有誠意首先餐點準備的用心程度，再來是服務水平，然後我才看裝修及氣氛！
今天下午到了位於銀座一丁目的Higashiya Ginza喝下午茶！
When I have a good experience at a cafe' or restaurant, which always brightens up my day and lifts my spirits.  TO have such cheerful experience, I require three criteria to meet up the standard.  1. Delicious food; 2. Great service; 3. nice atmosphere and ambience.  This afternoon at Higashiya Ginza, I had one of those nice afternoon because of this place.
