哇～轉眼間！已經結束三個多月的假期，踏上家鄉本土了！

其實我是一個滿還蠻能專注於當下的女生，做什麼事不會考慮太多，在過程中一樣不會想太多的一個人！

還記得在回國的前兩個星期開始，就開始體會到時間的流逝，有一天要出門時走在銀座的路上深深吸了一口氣，望著頂上的藍天，

我跟自己說，要好好把握所剩每一刻喔～ 然後想我回台灣的話會不會很想東京的一切？

你一定認識他！住在台灣有一半以上的人都認識他！

他是蛋糕天王Buddie, 在TLC上做蛋糕節目超紅～

今天，我來到鳥不生蛋的Hoboken 紐澤西州，讓他來教我作翻糖蛋糕！

Buddie is the Cake Boss, in Taiwan he is so famous among viewer ranging from 5-55 years old.

Because his shows on Travel & Living Channel are so popular!

淺草寺前到下午四點就關門無法祈福拜拜囉！

而寺廟前的一整條紀念品街到傍晚五點時就打烊。

但淺草寺周圍建築的燈光在傍晚時特別美麗，我覺得比白天還美～

Walking around Asakusa in my opinion is actually much more beautiful than the day time!

Please be aware that the temple is closed at 4 pm and the souvenir street closes at 5 pm.

說到淺草，大家的印象不外乎就是一個”雷門"的大紅燈龍，

因為只要是去過淺草的人，肯定絕對沒有意外地一定會在雷門面前來張相片。

Most of the tourists come to Asakusa, they almost always would take a photo right in front of the famous gigantic red lantern written as "Thunder Gate".

Then, they may walk into the souvenir sopping alley sells all kinds of Japanese objects,

such as lucky charms, fans, postcards and so on.

在銀座去的第一家寿司餐廳，一樣是久兵衛！

這一次，是到久兵衛銀座本店。

The first time for me to visit a sushi restaurant in Ginza was still Kyubey

久兵衛銀座本店是一整棟的建築物，每一個樓層有不同的座位安排

Ginza Kyubye is a building, every floor has it's own sitting arrangements.

直到目前為止，愛吃寿司的我在銀座尋尋覓覓，屬久兵衛是我覺得最有誠意的店！雖然他不見得擁有米其林星級，雖然他也不是最貴的！但在久兵衛感受到的親切、認真、在乎，我相信是久兵衛第二代主人今田洋輔要傳達給大家的信念！

Kyubey is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Tokyo, it may not be one of the Michelin-star-restaurants, and it may not be the most expansive, but with it's food quality, the hospitality Kyubey sushi chefs offer to foreigners, the vibe they carry through out their restaurants.  I don't think it's just the food, it's the philosophy Chef Imada Yosuke wants to have in Kyubey. 

話說第一次跟久兵衛認識是在2013年的六月份，由東京的朋友安部先生介紹我去東京Hotel Otani裡的久兵衛，

剛到餐廳門口走出來是一位白髮個兒不高的歐吉桑，當他朝我走來時我們四目交接了幾秒鐘，我.... 咦？

難道是？？我看我朋友一眼，他對我點頭！

在這扇門的背後，是2013年世界前50大好餐廳，也是日本第一位米其林三星主廚受獎的餐廳- Narisawa。

Behind this black door marked with a white bee is listed the top 50 restaurants in the world.

Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa is the first Japanese chef to receive Michelin three stars in Japan.

預定的餐桌上放了刻有Narisawa字樣的高淨度玻璃厚板，

重重地壓在純麻平織的白色桌布上。

因為住在銀座的關係，又因為銀座是寿司的激戰區，所以找好吃寿司就變成是理所當然的事囉！

今天要介紹的就是純粹 shopping，沒有好吃好看的呦！

在我出發來東京前，我有一個學生Eva 超溫柔，告訴我在東京附近有一個很大的Outlet,

前兩個月忙著上課，終於有幾天清閒的日子可以來看看啦！

去Outlet的方法除了自己開車外，也可以搭電車換巴士，

在我的DNA裡，最一種食物最沒有辦法抗拒.....巧克力！

知道我的人都清楚我對巧克力迷戀的程度，

打從大學時期開始，就已經在紐約曼哈頓的手工巧克力店打工，

當時，我打工的巧克力店叫做C&S Confection,

因為兩位老闆名字的縮寫分別是C&S。

KITTE, 是日文"郵票"的意思，

就在東京車站丸の內南口出來左邊，

以往是東京中央郵政局的舊址，

2013年三月底才開的KITTE，

現在則是東京人氣最高的商場之一。

話說，東京車站是全日本 omiyage 的必爭之地，

而且要擠進東京車站狹小一咪咪的店鋪，沒有兩把刷子可別想了！

如果，因為要經過東京車站去換車、坐車，我建議要留一個小時來好好逛逛買買這面的好東西啊!

With all these places you can go in Tokyo, you might not even think of visiting this historical Tokyo Station,

It's a 100 year building, opened in 1914 and the fifth-busiest in Eastern Japan in terms of passenger throughput.
